Seniors Care Lease Renewals

Seniors Care Lease Renewals helps communities manage resident lease renewals from a single workflow. Users can identify expiring leases, generate renewal offers, apply pricing updates, deliver offers, and accept renewals individually or in bulk.

• Quickly find leases approaching expiration using property, date, room type, and level-of-care filters.

• Generate renewal offers with updated pricing, increase percentages, and base rent limits.

• Send renewal offers by email or generate printable PDFs.

• Accept renewal offers individually or in bulk.

Recovery Enhancements: Item Cap, Retroactive Charges, and Gross-Up

Recovery enhancements provide more accurate, automated handling of complex lease recovery calculations, helping teams reduce manual adjustments and improve auditability.

• Apply Item ID-level caps to honor “not to exceed” recovery terms after category-level caps are calculated.

• Automatically calculate cap adjustments during reconciliation.

• Generate retroactive charges when an adjustment date falls before the next recurring charge date.

• Choose between automatic Intacct-generated IDs or manually entered vendor IDs.

• Enter a custom vendor ID during tenant creation when manual assignment is enabled.

Tenant Statement communications can now be customized using configurable templates. This gives teams more control over the message sent with tenant statements and improves visibility into statement delivery.
