Overview
The Invoice Address Type identifies the property address used on billing-related documents.
The Invoice address is used automatically when an invoice is generated and is also used for the property address shown on Tenant Statements.
What Is the Invoice Address?
The Invoice Address is an address configured for a property using the Invoice Address Type.
Address Type values, including Invoice, are configured under Company > My Preferences. If Invoice is not available in the Address Type dropdown, add or enable it in the company preferences.
When configured, the Invoice address is used as the Property Address on:

Tenant Statements
For Tenant Statements, the Invoice address is used as the property or street address. The separate Remit address is used for remit-to information when configured.

The Invoice address is populated in the property address field for invoices generated through workflows such as:

How to Set the Invoice Address

Go to Setup > Properties.

Select a property.

Open the Addresses tab.

Select + Add new.

Select Invoice from the Address Type dropdown.

Enter the address details.

Select Save.

Where Do I Configure the Invoice Address Type?
Go to Company > My Preferences and make sure Invoice is available under the company’s Address Type values.
