Overview
We’ve added a new Property Address Type called “Invoice”. This address will now be used automatically whenever an Invoice is generated in the system, and also in the Tenant Statement.
This update ensures more control and flexibility when managing billing-related documents across all properties and regions.
📍 What is the "Invoice" Address?
The Invoice Address is a new address type that can be configured per property. Once set, this address will be automatically used as the Property Address on:

Invoices

Tenant Statements
🔧 Where is the Invoice Address Used?
The Invoice Address will be populated in the Property Address field of every invoice generated through the following workflows:

Generate Scheduled Charges

Generate Late Charges

Deposits
-
Tenant Chargebacks

Recoveries

Percentage Rent
🛠️ How to Set the Invoice Address

Navigate to SIRE Setup > Properties

Select a Property
-
Go to the Addresses tab

Click Add New Address

From the Address Type dropdown, select Invoice

Enter the relevant address details

Click Save
