The new feature GSC Workflow allows users to choose at a certain day of the month run the Preview journal for GSC for the Properties selected and by email receive the Preview journal of each Property, each email will include only one property.
The setup starts with the Charge Controls of the Property:
The GSC Process Day field will indicate what day of the month, the User wants to receive the GSC Preview Journal
The Send To field, is where you need to select the email or emails of who will receive the Preview Journal email.
Here on the Send To, when you click on the dropdown, the list will display all the emails of the Users that are created in Intacct, you can add a new one, just by clicking on Add Option.
On the Day of the month that the User has set on Charge Controls, the emails set on the field Send To will receive an email similar to the example below and attached on the email the PDF and Excel of the Preview Journal already attached.
As the image attached above displays, the email will contain the list of Properties that have been set up to process for the same Company ID on the same day.
The list will display the Property Name and Current Charges, Previous Charges, and Charge Difference, attached you can find the PDF and Excel file for the Preview Journal created for all the Properties listed.
The link displayed in the email, once clicked will redirect the User, if logged, to the Preview Journal on Sage Intacct Real Estate, ready to generate charges, this link will be valid for 5 days, since the email is sent.
When the User is not logged in, once the link is clicked the User will be left on the login screen with the Company and User prepopulated.
