On the Recurring Charge list of Leases, the User has the ability to move the Recurring Charges listed and choose the order each Item ID will appear on the Invoice.
The order that each Recurring Charge displays on the Lease, will be used to order the Item Id’s on the Invoice line item.
Positioning the cursor over the 3 lines, the User will be able to move up or down each Item ID choosing the position they want the Item ID to appear on the Invoice line items
When we go to execute Generate Schedule Charges, the order of the Item Id’s as we selected it on the Recurring charges will be the order they appear on the Invoice once we click on Generate Charges:
