With the new Custom Notification Templates, Users can verify an email address and use it as the sender when emails are sent to Tenants during the following processes:

Lease Clauses

Lease Insurance
-
Property Insurance
This ensures that Tenant communications are sent from a verified and trusted email address.
First-Time Access Behavior
When a User accesses the Company → Configuration screen for the first time and no email address has been configured, the system will display an informational screen similar to the example attached.
What to expect:

No action buttons are available.

The screen indicates that an email address can be added
Note:
Adding and verifying a Company Email is not required to use Custom Notification Templates. However, we strongly recommend having a verified email configured per company.
Starting the Email Verification Process

Enter an email address with a valid format in the Company Email field.

Click Save.
Verification Email Sent

A verification email is sent to the address entered in Company Email.

The email status is set to Pending.

The Resend Email Verification button becomes available, allowing the User to resend the email if:

The email was entered incorrectly, or
-
The verification email needs to be resent.

The Email sent is :
Email Confirmation
When the User clicks the verification link in the email:

The application redirects the User to a Confirmation Modal.

The Company Email status is updated to Verified.
Verification Link Expiration

The verification link is valid for 24 hours.

If the User does not click the link within this timeframe, the link expires.

An Expired Link Modal is displayed, prompting the User to resend the verification email.
