About this report
This new projected revenue report is designed to display revenue information across five different years, using a yearly view as its primary basis. Unlike the existing Projected Revenue report, which presents results month by month and aggregates data over a three-year period, this design focuses on a broader annual perspective to make long-term revenue patterns easier to review.
The report aggregates information by lease rather than by item ID. This helps keep the analysis centred on lease-level revenue performance, while still giving users the flexibility to filter by specific items when they need a more detailed view.
Overall, the aim of this report is to provide a clearer five-year projection that supports yearly planning and comparison, while preserving enough filtering options to investigate the underlying item-level data when required.
